Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Specialist to manage and optimise our customer relationship management systems. This fully remote role involves maintaining customer data, improving CRM processes, and supporting sales and marketing teams with insights and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
  • Segment customer data for targeted marketing and sales campaigns
  • Develop and automate workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing processes
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track customer engagement and sales performance
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams
  • Analyse customer behavior and provide actionable insights
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate with technical teams
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations in India
  • Train team members on CRM tools and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of experience in CRM management or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and sales funnels
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, Mailchimp)
  • Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with API integrations and CRM customisation
  • Experience in industries like SaaS, e-commerce, or digital marketing
  • Certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Administrator)
