About The Role

We're looking for a hands-on CRM & Retention Marketing Executive who can own user communication across channels and drive engagement, conversions, and retention. In this role you'll be expected to think, experiment, and continuously improve how we communicate with users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across Push, Email, In-app, WhatsApp & RCS
  • Plan and send day-to-day communications aligned with business goals (activation, engagement, retention, revenue)
  • Maintain hygiene across CRM channels (segmentation, frequency, targeting, suppression)
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CVR, revenue impact)
  • Run A/B experiments on copies, timing, and audience cohorts
  • Work closely with product and growth teams to set up automated user journeys
  • Ensure all communications are compliant with regulatory and internal guidelines
  • Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives when required

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 13 years of experience in CRM / lifecycle / retention marketing
  • Strong understanding of user behavior and lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.)
  • Good analytical skills - comfortable working with data and drawing insights
  • High ownership mindset - someone who doesn't wait for instructions
  • Strong written communication skills (especially for push/email copy)
  • Ability to manage high campaign volumes without compromising quality

Good to Have

  • Experience in fin-tech or consumer internet products
  • Familiarity with attribution, cohorts, and funnel analysis
  • Basic SQL / data querying skills
  • Prior experience with experimentation frameworks
