Business Development Executive / Sales Executive / BPO International outbound calls
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through lead generation activities.
• Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, follow-ups, emails, and WhatsApp communication.
• Proactively connect with users who have signed up for a Hike trial.
• Understand customer business requirements across retail and restaurant industries.
• Deliver product demonstrations and assist clients with onboarding and account setup.
• Educate customers about Hike's features and platform benefits.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Handle customer queries and guide users toward upgrading to paid subscription plans.
• Identify opportunities to upsell hardware devices and payment solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate follow-up records and sales activities in CRM tools.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, or Customer Success.
• Experience in SaaS, POS, retail tech, or software sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activities.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Experience or interest in upselling hardware devices and payment solutions.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining sales pipelines.
• Target-driven, proactive, energetic, and eager to learn.
