CRM & Revenue Manager

The CRM & Revenue Manager will be responsible for owning and managing the complete lead-to-revenue lifecycle, ensuring structured pipeline management, high conversion efficiency, and zero lead leakage. The role involves maintaining strict CRM discipline using platforms such as Zoho CRM & similar platforms, ensuring accurate data capture, timely updates, and adherence to defined processes. The candidate will leverage PropTech data sources along with internal databases to drive lead quality and support the sales engine. Key responsibilities include pipeline ownership, lead allocation, follow-up compliance within defined SLAs, and continuous monitoring of conversion metrics across stages (Lead → Meeting → Proposal → Closure), with a focus on optimization and performance improvement. The role requires strong coordination across cross-functional teams including lead generation, business development, design, and execution to ensure seamless flow and faster deal closures. The candidate must ensure compliance with internal processes, maintain data hygiene, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering pipeline value, conversion ratios, and team productivity. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel is essential for reporting and analysis, along with effective use of communication tools like email and messaging platforms for team coordination.
