Job Title: CRM & Revenue Manager
Role Overview
The CRM & Revenue Manager will own and manage the end-to-end lead-to-revenue lifecycle, ensuring a structured, efficient, and scalable sales pipeline with zero lead leakage. This role is critical in driving CRM discipline, optimizing conversion rates, and enabling predictable revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Management & Data Governance
- Own and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM or similar platforms) with strict adherence to defined workflows and processes
- Ensure accurate and complete data capture, regular updates, and high standards of data hygiene
- Establish and enforce CRM discipline across teams to improve visibility and accountability
2. Pipeline Ownership & Optimization
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from Lead Meeting Proposal Closure
- Monitor pipeline health, stage-wise movement, and deal progression
- Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve conversion efficiency and velocity
3. Lead Management & Allocation
- Oversee lead distribution, ensuring fair and efficient allocation aligned with team capacity and priorities
- Track follow-ups and ensure compliance with defined SLAs
- Eliminate lead leakage through proactive monitoring and intervention
4. Conversion & Performance Tracking
- Analyze conversion metrics at each stage of the funnel
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance win rates and shorten sales cycles
- Provide actionable insights to sales and leadership teams
5. Data & Insights (PropTech + Internal Sources)
- Leverage PropTech platforms and internal databases to enhance lead quality and targeting
- Support the sales team with high-quality, data-backed insights to improve engagement and closures
6. Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Lead Generation, Business Development, Design, and Execution teams
- Ensure seamless information flow and alignment across departments
- Enable faster deal closures through effective coordination and communication
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Generate and publish daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports including:
- Pipeline value & coverage
- Conversion ratios
- Sales productivity metrics
- Use data insights to recommend improvements and support strategic decisions
8. Tools & Communication
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for advanced reporting, analysis, and dashboards
- Use email and messaging platforms effectively for team coordination and updates
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM management, revenue operations, or sales operations
- Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM (or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and pipeline management
- Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive accountability across teams
