Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 14 Years | Function: Revenue / Growth

Package: 3.5- 4.8 LPA

We're looking for a CRM & Retention Executive who can turn customer data into revenue.

This is a performance-driven role focused on improving repeat purchases, increasing customer lifetime value, and driving measurable retention growth. You will analyse buying behaviour, segment customers intelligently, execute targeted outbound campaigns, and drive repeat sales from our existing database.

This is not a backend CRM or customer support role. This role owns retention revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer purchase patterns and identify repeat, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities

  • Create structured customer segments for targeted campaigns

  • Execute outbound revenue campaigns from existing databases

  • Drive repeat purchase growth and improve average order value (AOV)

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate reporting

  • Share performance insights and optimisation recommendations

What We're Looking For:

  • 14 years of experience in CRM sales, retention marketing, or outbound revenue roles

  • Strong communication and closing skills

  • Logical reasoning and structured thinking ability

  • Comfort working with data, Excel, and CRM tools

  • Target-driven mindset with ownership of numbers

  • Success in This Role Means:

  • Strong conversion metrics

  • Consistent revenue contribution from CRM campaigns
