Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer registration process for booked units.
  • Coordinate with customers to collect required KYC documents.
  • Prepare and verify registration files as per legal guidelines.
  • Liaise with legal teams, registration offices & internal departments.
  • Schedule registration dates and ensure smooth execution on-site.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update CRM systems.
  • Assist customers with queries related to agreements, stamp duty, payment schedules, etc.
  • Ensure timely follow-up for payments required before registration.
  • Prepare MIS reports on registration status, pending cases & documentation.

Requirements:

  • 14 years experience in CRM/registration in real estate (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of documentation, KYC, and registration processes.
  • Excellent communication & customer-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases
