This new position will support the CRM team in reviewing email, SMS and RVM setup, programming, audience queries and automations for both ad hoc and journeys in Salesforce Marketing cloud prior to deployment. Reporting to the CRM Director, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in QA procedures, documentation and execution of test scripts with very high standards and attention to detail. The CRM QA Analyst will help to review QA protocols, look for areas of opportunity, and help to ensure flawless execution across the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS (up to five):
- Execution of testing protocols – follow specified testing & QA protocols outlined for each channel or project type to ensure all quality standards are strictly upheld. Any failed tests or changes would be clearly documented for remediation and testing would be repeated to ensure accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement in execution – capture and escalate trends in testing and QA issues/fails. Recommend business process changes to help address common issues that re found during QA procedures to help the team build continuous improvement into the process.
- Document any changes on an ongoing basis to testing and QA protocol to ensure that QA procedures are well documented and can be utilized by the team as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors in IT, Business, or Marketing or 3-5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- QA/Testing execution experience a must
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud required
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and SQL a plus
- Experience with analytical best practices a plus
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Certification as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist preferred but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience utilizing Journey Builder with a thorough understanding of Audience Builder Configuration.
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com and enabling personalization of Email content using AmpScripting.
- Experience working in all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios.
- Knowledge and experience working with automation studio activities such as imports, extracs, sql query.
- Knowledge and experience working with SQL
- Experience reviewing data extensions, filters, relationships, etc.
- Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, CCPA and GDPR email regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, juggle multiple assignments, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience converting strategic thoughts into actions that drive business results.
- Strong interpersonal skills, experience in cultivating relationships with key stakeholders across functions and levels to achieve business objectives and drive strategic change.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Familiarity with systems integrations such as CRM, Content Management, eCommerce, or Web Analytics.
