Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Operations Specialist to manage and optimise our CRM ecosystem. This role will play a critical part in enhancing lead tracking, engagement, and conversion strategies across digital learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain CRM platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and system efficiency

• Design and implement automation workflows to streamline lead management and nurturing processes

• Generate actionable reports and insights to support marketing and business decision-making

• Monitor CRM performance and continuously optimise processes for better conversion outcomes

• Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to users on CRM best practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in CRM management using platforms like Leadsquared, NPF, Salesforce

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights

• Understanding of lead lifecycle, marketing funnels, and sales processes
