At least 5-8 Years of experience in project management.
Experience on configuration/management of CRMNEXT Solution (Technical).
Deployment knowledge on Banking Domain.
Good Communication, Technical & Analytical Skills.
Good Knowledge of IIS/Oracle 12 C and 19 C
Responsible for End-To-End Project Management and communication.
Skilled in troubleshooting of performance issues, Diagnose and resolve in critical production environment.
Proficient in Managing QA, UAT, Production release and Production Support of CRMNEXT.
Proficient in Software development lifecycle, Requirement analysis, Architectural design, Holding technical discussions, Implementation, Impact analysis, Deployment and Documentation.
Collaborate with the technical Operations team, Engineering Team and Other support members to resolve the issues and to ensure the best possible service and support.
Co-ordination on recurring issues and ensure long-term resolution through proper incident and problem management.
