Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 UI Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Social Engagement, Project Service Automation, and related Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, customize, and deploy scalable and high-performance CRM/xRM solutions while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 CRM solutions using both out-of-the-box features and complex customizations.
  • Develop and manage PCF Controls (mandatory hands-on experience).
  • Build and customize xRM solutions involving plugins, workflows, integrations, and custom actions.
  • Configure Business Process Flows, workflows, complex fields, and forms.
  • Develop custom command bar buttons, web resources, and other advanced solution components.
  • Implement and maintain integrations using ESB/ETL technologies, preferably KingswaySoft.
  • Ensure solution architectures are robust, scalable, performance-optimized, and reusable.
  • Identify and recommend improvement opportunities for existing applications.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
  • Manage client-facing communication, facilitate meetings, and document action items.

  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM SDK, features, and platform limitations.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Visual Studio
  • C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS
  • PowerApps, Power Automate, Logic Apps
  • Power BI / Tableau
  • SQL Server Data Tools
  • Azure Development Tools
  • Office 365 & Dynamics 365 Administration
  • Team Foundation Server (TFS)

Must-Have Skills:

  • Ability to design end-to-end technical architectures, including configuration, custom code, workflows, forms, reports, and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create visual representations of business processes and technical flows.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Proven experience managing and owning client-facing interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to ESB/ETL tools, with strong preference for KingswaySoft
  • Experience working in complex enterprise CRM environments
  • Prior experience in multi-system integrations
