Job Title: CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot + ZoomInfo)

Location: Mumbai preferred; Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad acceptable

Experience: 5-8 years

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist with deep hands-on experience in HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and large-scale email outreach + campaign execution. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys granular work, building systems, cleaning data, and running fast outbound + nurture campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot Marketing Hub including workflows, automation, segmentation, scoring, and campaign reporting.
  • Execute large-scale email outreach, nurture sequences, and automated journeys to drive MQL and SQL progression.
  • Build, clean, and enrich prospect lists using ZoomInfo or similar platforms (Apollo, Cognism, etc.).
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, including deduplication, enrichment, field mapping, and data governance.
  • Set up dashboards and reporting for campaign performance, funnel metrics, outreach analytics, and database health.
  • Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, send times, and content variations to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with sales to improve follow-up processes, lead qualification frameworks, and conversion metrics.
  • Support targeted outbound motions, including segmentation, ICP validation, list creation, and campaign personalization.
  • Manage inbox responses, routing, and qualification inputs as part of the outreach process.
  • Identify automation opportunities, improve workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across CRM and marketing systems.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

  • Hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience
  • Workflows, automation, lifecycle stages, lists, scoring, dashboards
  • Hands-on ZoomInfo (or equivalent)
  • Contact discovery, enrichment, intent data, segmentation
  • Strong experience in email marketing and outbound campaign execution
  • Outreach sequences, nurture workflows, testing, optimization
  • Proven experience working with large databases and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in dashboards, metrics, and reporting
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and execute with speed and accuracy
  • Excellent written communication for email content and personalization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity domains
  • Familiarity with ABM workflows and tools (RollWorks, MarketingOS, Demandbase)
  • Basic sales enablement knowledge (ICP documents, lists, contact sheets)
  • Understanding of the lead lifecycle: MQL → SQL → Opportunity
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach tools or HubSpot sequences
