  • Architect real-time and batch data flows using middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, etc.).
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams on CRM analytics, reporting, and BI integrations.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership

  • Partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to capture CRM requirements.
  • Translate business processes and requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Present CRM architecture strategies to C-suite, board members, and executive steering committees.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and design thinking exercises with business teams.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor for CRM-related vendor evaluations, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.

5. Governance, Security & Compliance

  • Establish and enforce CRM platform governance frameworks, change management processes, and release management practices.
  • Ensure CRM solutions comply with regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Define role-based access controls (RBAC), data sharing models, and security architecture for CRM platforms.
  • Lead CRM platform audits and risk assessments; drive remediation of identified issues.

6. Team Development & Mentorship

  • Mentor and coach CRM developers, administrators, and business analysts.
  • Lead architecture guilds or communities of practice to drive CRM excellence across the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions on CRM platform best practices, new features, and evolving standards.
  • Evaluate team skills and recommend targeted training and certification programs.
