This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Manager. The CRM Manager will oversee the management and optimization of customer relationship management systems to enhance client interactions and ensure seamless processes. Responsibilities include managing client data, analyzing client behavior, developing tailored CRM strategies, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement. The CRM Manager will also lead projects related to CRM improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Strong Analytical and Market Segmentation skills to understand customer data and develop targeted strategies.
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and engage with clients.
• Experience in Sales and client relationship management for fostering and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Project Management to oversee CRM system enhancements and ensure successful implementation.
• Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the legal industry and client-centered services is a plus.
