We are seeking a CRM Manager-B2C for a full-time remote position. The CRM Manager will oversee and optimize customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive client-focused initiatives. This includes executing CRM campaigns, analyzing consumer data, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance B2C outreach and retention strategies. The role will involve market segmentation, project planning, and implementing best practices to increase client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and inform CRM strategies
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills to collaborate effectively and drive customer engagement
• Experience with Market Segmentation to create targeted campaigns and strategies
• Proficiency in Project Management to ensure timely execution of CRM initiatives
• Familiarity with CRM tools and systems is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a CRM or B2C marketing role
