CRM Lead Solutions Consultant
• 8+ years in MarTech with 2-4 years in pre-sales or solution consulting roles
We are seeking an experienced Lead Solution Consultant to drive growth in our MarTech practice through compelling solution design and strategic client engagement. This role demands the ability to translate complex business challenges into winning solutions across enterprise MarTech platforms
Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
• Lead end-to-end solution design for RFPs, RFIs, and client pitches
• Design solutions for CRM and Digital Messaging platforms (SFMC, Braze, Adobe Campaign, etc.)
• Craft compelling narratives that articulate business value, technical feasibility, and competitive differentiation
• Create impactful presentations, solution blueprints, and POCs for stakeholder demonstrations
• Develop scoping documents, effort estimations, commercial models for proposed solutions
• Ensure proposed solutions align with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and security best practices
• Support sales teams with technical expertise during opportunity qualification
Technical Consultation & Delivery Support
• Conduct discovery workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to uncover client needs
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless solution handoff and implementation success
• Validate solution feasibility with development and architecture teams
• Address technical queries from clients and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
Knowledge Building & Team Contribution
• Develop reusable solution accelerators and framework libraries
• Stay current with platform updates and emerging MarTech capabilities
• Evangelize AI-driven use cases and opportunities for marketing automation and personalization
• Mentor junior consultants through mentoring and guidance
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
• Build credibility with client technical and marketing teams through consultative approach
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and pitch presentations
• Support relationship building activities with existing and prospective client
Requirements
Experience & Expertise
• 8+ years in MarTech with 2-4 years in pre-sales or solution consulting roles
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major CRM platform: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Campaign/Journey Optimizer, Braze, or similar
• Proven track record designing solutions for enterprise clients in competitive bid situations
• Exceptional storytelling ability with strong presentation and articulation skills
• Ability to articulate ROI frameworks and business value articulation
Additional Requirements
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and workshops
• Background in consulting, system integration or digital agencies
• Working knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, event streaming, and real-time data integration
• Awareness of GenAI capabilities for marketing workflows
• Knowledge of emerging trends: composable CDP, real-time personalization, etc.
Good to Have
• Industry experience in Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality, or Media & Entertainment
• Platform certifications (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Braze)
Must Have Skill:
1. Strong hands-on experience with at least one major CRM platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign/Journey Optimizer, Braze, or similar)
2. Solution design for CRM and Digital Messaging platforms
