Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM Intern with a good understanding of email marketing and CRM activities, who can support customer engagement initiatives in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing email marketing campaigns and CRM workflows.
• Manage customer database segmentation and mailing lists.
• Support planning of CRM communication calendars and campaign flows.
• Track and analyse campaign metrics such as open rate, CTR, and engagement.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for campaign deployment.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and lifecycle communication.

Key Eligibility

• Graduate or pursuing studies in Marketing / Business / Communications.
• Basic understanding of email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
