About The Role
We're building a multi-channel communication and relationship management platform for Healthcare Providers.
We are looking for a
CRM Implementation Specialist who can
design, configure, and deploy CRM systems using Zoho, Salesforce, or other low-code tools.
What You Will Do
- Design CRM modules, workflows, and data models.
- Configure core modules: Contacts, Activities, Communication, Templates, Dashboards.
- Build automation for reminders, follow-ups, campaigns, and task routing.
- Integrate WhatsApp/SMS/Voice APIs (Exotel, Ozonetel, Gupshup, Twilio, etc.).
- Set up two-way communication, templates, and personalized messaging.
- Implement dashboards to track engagement and operational KPIs.
- Run UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth deployment.
- Document workflows and train internal teams.
What You Need (Must-Have)
- Experience implementing Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar low-code CRMs.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Zoho One (CRM, Creator, Flow, Campaigns, Desk) or Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience integrating communication channels (WhatsApp/SMS/Voice).
- Strong understanding of CRM automation, workflows, and API integrations.
- Ability to convert real business processes into CRM workflows.
- 58 years of CRM implementation or process automation experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
