About The Role

We're building a multi-channel communication and relationship management platform for Healthcare Providers.

We are looking for a CRM Implementation Specialist who can design, configure, and deploy CRM systems using Zoho, Salesforce, or other low-code tools.

What You Will Do

  • Design CRM modules, workflows, and data models.
  • Configure core modules: Contacts, Activities, Communication, Templates, Dashboards.
  • Build automation for reminders, follow-ups, campaigns, and task routing.
  • Integrate WhatsApp/SMS/Voice APIs (Exotel, Ozonetel, Gupshup, Twilio, etc.).
  • Set up two-way communication, templates, and personalized messaging.
  • Implement dashboards to track engagement and operational KPIs.
  • Run UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth deployment.
  • Document workflows and train internal teams.

What You Need (Must-Have)

  • Experience implementing Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar low-code CRMs.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Zoho One (CRM, Creator, Flow, Campaigns, Desk) or Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Experience integrating communication channels (WhatsApp/SMS/Voice).
  • Strong understanding of CRM automation, workflows, and API integrations.
  • Ability to convert real business processes into CRM workflows.
  • 58 years of CRM implementation or process automation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
