Role

We are looking for an experienced CRM Implementation & Business Automation Specialist who can understand client business processes and independently design, implement and manage CRM and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Bitrix24, Salesforce and other CRM platforms
• Design sales pipelines, workflows and business automation
• Automate lead allocation, follow-ups, reminders and customer communication
• Integrate CRM with WhatsApp, websites, email, telephony and digital marketing leads
• Work with APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations
• Create dashboards, reports and management analytics
• Handle data migration and CRM setup
• Conduct client training and provide technical support
• Manage CRM implementation projects from requirement gathering to deployment

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on CRM implementation experience is mandatory.

Strong experience with Bitrix24 and/or Salesforce is preferred. Experience with Zoho, HubSpot, Odoo, Make, Zapier, n8n, APIs and WhatsApp Business API will be an added advantage.

The candidate should have strong client communication, problem-solving, business process mapping and technical implementation skills.

Starting Salary: 50,000 per month

Higher compensation can be considered for candidates with advanced Bitrix24/Salesforce implementation and integration expertise.

This is a full-time, on-site position at Newtown, Kolkata.
