Preference will be given to professionals from doors, hardware, building materials, or automobile domains.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead effective CRM strategies for customer satisfaction & loyalty.
Manage the CRM team for timely & proactive customer communication.
Coordinate with sales, service & operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Analyze customer data to uncover upsell & cross-sell opportunities.
Ensure optimal usage of CRM software/tools.
Set & track customer relationship performance metrics.
Mentor and develop the CRM team.
Requirements
8+ years in CRM roles within Industrial/Manufacturing.
Track record managing end-to-end customer lifecycle.
Excellent MS Office and English communication skills.
Strong complaint resolution style.
