Generate leads for buying, selling, and renting properties by leveraging CRM systems, online platforms, and referrals.

Counsel clients on market conditions, property pricing, financing options, and mortgage solutions.

Assist clients throughout property transactions, including property selection, negotiation of contracts, and closing of deals.

Develop competitive market pricing by researching and analyzing comparable properties in the local market.

Maintain a thorough understanding of local real estate regulations, legal requirements, and industry best practices.

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of CRM and post-sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.

Oversee reporting, CRM data accuracy, and post-sales follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders.

Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns for lead generation, customer engagement, and property promotions.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize CRM strategies.
