Job Title: CRM Functional Developer Microsoft Dynamics 365
Job Summary
We are seeking a CRM Functional Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to design, configure, and support CRM solutions that align with business needs. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, translating requirements into functional designs, supporting integrations using SSIS and KingswaySoft, and delivering high-quality CRM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 Functional Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements and map them to Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Power Platform) capabilities.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
- Support and enhance CRM functionality to improve user adoption and business efficiency.
- Participate in CRM solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Requirements & Documentation
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration specifications.
- Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and developers.
Data Integration & Migration
- Design and support data migration and integration solutions using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
- Utilize KingswaySoft Integration Toolkit for Dynamics 365 data integration, ETL processes, and system integrations.
- Perform data mapping, data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and synchronization issues.
Testing & Support
- Create functional test scenarios and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Validate CRM solutions against business requirements.
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and enhancement recommendations.
- Develop user guides and conduct end-user training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Hands-on experience with SSIS and KingswaySoft for Dynamics 365
- Solid understanding of CRM data models, entities, relationships, and security
- Experience creating BRD and FRD documentation
