Position: D365 CRM Functional Consultant

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Role Overview:

We are looking for a D365 CRM Functional Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, functional configuration, customization, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements
• Configure D365 CRM entities, forms, views, workflows, and dashboards
• Map business processes to D365 CRM solutions
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities
• Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years experience as a D365 CRM Functional Consultant
• Strong knowledge of D365 CRM configuration and security model
• Experience in functional documentation and UAT
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
