Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Executive / Assistant Manager at Nambiar Builders, located in Bengaluru. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and handling customer retention strategies. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer feedback, resolving issues, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance overall customer satisfaction and drive sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data and feedback
- Experience in Customer Retention and ensuring positive Customer Experience
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Civil preferable, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
