Urgent Hiring For CRM Executive

Location – Pune, Kharadi

Experience – 1-3 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing

Salary – UPTO 6 LPA

Role Summary

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer communication across digital

channels such as Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and In-App messages.

The role focuses on improving customer engagement, retention, and conversions through

timely and relevant communication.

Key Responsibilities

● Execute customer communication campaigns across multiple channels

● Manage day-to-day CRM activities including scheduling and publishing campaigns

● Work with user data to target the right customers at the right time

● Coordinate with internal teams for content, creatives, and approvals

● Track campaign performance and share regular reports

● Ensure accuracy of messages, links, and targeting before campaign launches

● Follow internal processes and campaign calendars

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory

● 1–3 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing

● Experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools

● Basic understanding of customer journeys and user segmentation

● Good written communication skills

● Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and dashboards

Preferred

● Experience in app-based, consumer internet, D2C, or subscription businesses

● Familiarity with push notifications, WhatsApp, email, or SMS campaigns

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
