Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Executive (Technical) to manage customer interactions related to technical queries, service support, and after-sales coordination. The role involves close coordination with sales, service, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer technical queries, complaints, and service requests
  • Maintain and update CRM records for customers, complaints, and service calls
  • Coordinate with service engineers and technical teams for issue resolution
  • Follow up with customers on complaint status and closure
  • Prepare service reports, job cards, and customer feedback
  • Support sales team with technical information and documentation
  • Ensure timely response and adherence to service TAT
  • Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports in CRM system

Skills & Requirements

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
  • Basic understanding of technical products and service processes
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle customers professionally and technically
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Candidate

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial setup
  • Exposure to after-sales service or technical support
