Job Description
We are looking for a CRM Executive (Technical) to manage customer interactions related to technical queries, service support, and after-sales coordination. The role involves close coordination with sales, service, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer technical queries, complaints, and service requests
- Maintain and update CRM records for customers, complaints, and service calls
- Coordinate with service engineers and technical teams for issue resolution
- Follow up with customers on complaint status and closure
- Prepare service reports, job cards, and customer feedback
- Support sales team with technical information and documentation
- Ensure timely response and adherence to service TAT
- Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports in CRM system
Skills & Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
- Basic understanding of technical products and service processes
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally and technically
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial setup
- Exposure to after-sales service or technical support
