Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage post-sales coordination, customer/member relationships, and acquisition support within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring smooth customer experiences and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer/member relationships and address queries related to agreements, payments, possession, documentation, and post-sales activities.

* Coordinate with brokers, landowners, legal, finance, sales, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

* Maintain CRM records, MIS reports, customer databases, and regular documentation status updates.

* Assist in property acquisition processes, due diligence activities, and redevelopment coordination.

* Ensure timely processing of rent disbursal, allotment letters, NOCs, possession documentation, and member entitlements.

* Track project milestones and coordinate follow-ups to ensure timely completion of activities.

* Ensure adherence to RERA, MOFA, society regulations, and company compliance processes.

* Coordinate with customers and internal teams for collections, documentation, and issue resolution.

* Maintain proper records of customer interactions and project-related documentation.

Required Skills:

* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

* Good follow-up and relationship management abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and reporting tools.

* Basic understanding of real estate documentation, post-sales processes, and redevelopment activities.

* Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* 1–4 years of experience in CRM, customer service, post-sales, or real estate operations.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in post-sales coordination within the real estate industry.

* Knowledge of redevelopment projects and acquisition processes.

* Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.

* Problem-solving mindset with customer-centric approach.
