Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy CRM Executive with a strong background in REAL ESTATE to manage customer relationships, streamline communication, and enhance client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably In 4velocity, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to prospective buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and promptness.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Track and follow up on leads, bookings, payments, and documentation.
  • Generate and analyze CRM reports to support decision-making and improve customer engagement.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through the post-sales process.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding project updates, milestones, and handovers.
  • Support marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives using CRM tools.

Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer data.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Familiarity with In 4velocity CRM software is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
