Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Executive – Post Sales & Accounts at our Pune office. The CRM Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth post-sales processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, retaining existing clients, and resolving customer queries effectively. The role will include coordinating with different teams to maintain customer accounts, analyzing customer feedback, ensuring accurate entry and updating of customer information, and optimizing the overall client experience in alignment with the company's goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Customer Retention and fostering Customer Experience
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for seamless client interaction
  • Sharp Analytical Skills for handling data, identifying trends, and optimizing operations
  • Experience in Sales with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage client accounts with a detail-oriented mindset and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and systems is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
