Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Executive or Manager based in Sanganer. The role involves managing customer relationships across various channels, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, feedback, and service requests. The CRM Executive or Manager will design and execute customer retention initiatives, track customer satisfaction, and help improve overall customer experience. Responsibilities include maintaining and analyzing CRM data, generating regular reports, and identifying trends to support sales and marketing decisions. The role will also coordinate with sales, production, and service teams to ensure accurate customer information, smooth order follow-up, and consistent communication with key accounts.
Qualifications

  • Strong customer-focused skills in Customer Experience and Customer Retention to build long-term, value-driven relationships.
  • Proficient Communication abilities to interact clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret CRM data, segment customers, and derive insights for improvement initiatives.
  • Sales-oriented mindset to support cross-selling, up-selling, and coordination with the sales team for key accounts.
  • Experience using CRM tools or customer databases, with accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in CRM, customer service, or account management; experience in jewelry, fashion, or manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in Sanganer, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
