About the Role
M2M Ferries is changing sea travel in India, with our systems at the core of this journey. We're hiring a Tech & Systems Operations Coordinator to lead and enhance the digital platforms that support our passengers, teams, and internal operations.
This role requires a strong understanding of how digital tools work together, including booking engines, CRMs, websites, and mobile apps. You will work closely with both internal users and platform partners to ensure our systems are reliable, streamlined, and continuously improving.
You will also play a key role in planning and implementing new tech-led initiatives that improve service quality, reduce manual processes, create revenue flows, and enable the company to scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all platforms function cohesively, with reliable data flow and a smooth user experience.
Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Care, Ticket Counters, Operations) to understand workflows and translate tech needs into prioritised action plans.
Partner with external development teams to manage system enhancements, feature rollouts, and technical issue resolution.
Identify and lead the implementation of new tools or workflows that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Develop basic reporting templates or dashboards for data tracking.
Take ownership of the digital systems landscape across the organisation by ensuring it is aligned with business needs and scalable for growth.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM/platform operations or technology-driven coordinating roles.
Solid understanding of how tools like websites, apps, and CRMs function and interact in a customer-focused business.
Skilled in cross-functional coordination, especially working across teams and external vendors.
Capable of translating operational needs into structured, actionable plans.
Strong communication, project planning, and follow-through skills.
