Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Executive located in Karnal. The CRM Executive will be responsible for maintaining high-quality customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving customer retention. Daily tasks will include analyzing customer needs, resolving customer queries, communicating effectively with clients, and providing a seamless customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to support business growth and client engagement initiatives.
