Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Executive located in Mumbai. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, improving customer retention, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting sales objectives. Key tasks include monitoring customer data, developing retention strategies, implementing customer engagement initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to align CRM efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for understanding customer data and deriving actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Customer Retention strategies and delivering a positive Customer Experience
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in Sales or working with sales teams to drive customer growth
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software is an added advantage
