Job Description
A. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Handle client interactions post-inquiry — from quotation to delivery — ensuring smooth coordination with sales, warehouse, and installation teams. Maintain and update customer data, follow-ups, and interactions in the CRM software (Zoho/CRM module). Track and ensure on-time delivery, proactively communicating timelines and updates. Collect feedback and reviews post-project/delivery to improve client experience. Build strong post-sale relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals. B. New Business Development: Identify and reach out to interior designers, architects, and builders for potential collaborations and vendor empanelment. Research and onboard new B2B clients — including retail partners, design studios, and project consultants. Schedule and coordinate site visits, presentations, and sample displays with the sales/design team. Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, and presentations for new business pitches. Maintain a B2B pipeline tracker — with leads, meetings, and conversion timelines.Coordination & Reporting: Liaise between clients, store, and operations teams for seamless project execution. Share weekly MIS reports on follow-ups, leads, order status, and closures. Support the marketing and communication team in client database building and campaign follow-ups. Ensure every lead and client is nurtured through structured communication and relationship building
Requirements
2-3 years working experience required as a CRM executive
