About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM professional to join our Real Estate team in Thane West. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling post-sales activities, ensuring seamless coordination with clients, and maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer relationship management activities.
- Handle post-sales documentation and customer coordination.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding payments, agreements, possession, and registrations.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Legal, Accounts, and Projects for smooth customer servicing.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain and update CRM records, customer databases, and MIS reports.
- Track customer interactions and provide regular status updates to management.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain long-term relationships.
- Support collection follow-ups and payment tracking.
- Prepare reports related to customer feedback, complaints, and closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-8 years of experience in CRM/Post-Sales within the Real Estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate documentation and customer handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential real estate projects.
- Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle escalations and work under pressure.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
