Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage and optimize CRM processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on CRM experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to streamline workflows to improve counsellor productivity and enhance lead management efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CRM platform to support daily sales and marketing operations. Identify process gaps and implement improvements to make counsellor workflows more efficient. Manage telephony integrations and ensure smooth functioning of platforms such as Knowlarity, Ameyo, and Cloud Connect. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, IT) and external vendors for CRM and telephony-related updates and support. Assist in planning and executing Email and WhatsApp campaigns through CRM tools. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance and key business metrics. Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and system optimization for effective lead tracking and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in CRM operations or CRM administration. Basic understanding of telephony integrations (Knowlarity, Ameyo, Cloud Connect). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement mindset. Experience in campaign execution (Email, SMS, WhatsApp). Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
Good to Have
Experience working with LeadSquared CRM. Hands-on experience with API / third-party integrations. Ability to create and analyze CRM-based reports and dashboards.
