Key Responsibilities:
CRM Development & Implementation
Implement, customize, and optimize CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk,
Kustomer, Zoho, or other populer).
Participate in implementing new CRM systems or migrating from legacy
solutions.
Build integrations between CRM and internal/external applications.
Configure CRM workflows, data models, and automation processes to improve
usability and efficiency.
Software Engineering
Design and develop backend services and microservices using Java and Python.
Build APIs and connectors to integrate CRM with third-party platforms.
Write high-quality, maintainable, and secure code following best practices.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes. Cloud & Infrastructure
Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS (DynamoDB, SQS,
SNS, Lambda, API Gateway) or GCP equivalents.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of CRM-related services.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to support scalability, automation, and
observability.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to
understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide ongoing support, bug fixes, and enhancements for CRM and related
services.
Document solutions, APIs, and workflows for future reference and scalability.
Required Skills &a Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
47 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on CRM
development.
Experience with at least one CRM platform (Salesforce, Zendesk, Kustomer,
Zoho, or similar).
Strong programming skills in Python and Java, with knowledge
of microservices architecture.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and services like DynamoDB,
SNS, SQS, Lambdas, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, etc.
Solid understanding of system design, APIs, and data modeling.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
