  1. To increase customer profitability through effective cross sales and up sell framework
  2. Continuous Process refinement for enhanced marketing ROI
  3. Manage a team of 6-8 Direct Sales Executives
  4. Bring in best practices to offer excellent experience while on boarding customers and generate more leads through servicing
  5. Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
  6. Provide field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
  7. To emphasize on talent retention and managing attrition
  8. To maintain high morale and engagement levels of the teams by providing constructive feedback and fostering right environment.
  9. Adhere to a proper business work ethic and create a similar expectation of direct reports/peers
  10. Ensure high quality and high persistency of business generated to support long-term profitability of the company

Job Requirements

  1. 5 to 9 years of work experience in direct sales with at least 2 years+ experience in Life Insurance team handling role
  2. Demonstrate competence in management, networking, target marketing to specific prospects
  3. Experience in training, managing, mentoring and evaluating direct sales reports as assigned in a services industry
