Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain CRM data accurately
  • Update and organize customer/client records
  • Handle Google Sheets and maintain reports & data trackers
  • Work efficiently on Google Workspace tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.)
  • Ensure proper data management and regular updates
  • Coordinate internally for data collection and reporting
  • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and organization of business information
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of CRM handling and management
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets and data organization
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage data efficiently
  • Basic Excel/data management knowledge is a plus
