Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM (Daily Apps) professional with 4-5 years of experience. The position is based in Bengaluru, where the successful candidate will oversee the management and optimization of customer relationship management (CRM) daily applications. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM systems, analyzing user requirements, ensuring data accuracy, supporting data-driven decisions, providing end-user support, troubleshooting, and working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement improvements for various processes.
