ScrumAD Private Limited is hiring for CRM Client Support Specialist in Islamabad Dha Phase-Ii.
What you will do
- Provide professional customer support via Email and Live Chat.
- Assist customers with CRM features and technical troubleshooting.
- Guide customers on Leads, Contacts, Contact Imports, Text Drips, Pipelines, Tags, and Notes.
- Help customers create, manage, and troubleshoot SMS/Text Drips and campaigns.
- Assist users in understanding and using the platform's built-in AI features.
- Maintain reports and documentation using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
What you need
- At least Bachelors Preferred Master's degree in computer science or other IT Related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, CRM, SaaS, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in Email Support and Live Chat Support.
- Know Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
