CRM & Client Revenue Executive

We're Hiring: CRM & Client Revenue Executive

Location: Raipur | Full-time | Work from Office

Dusala is looking for a smart, confident, customer-facing person who can manage conversations and convert them into sales.

Freshers are welcome. Prior experience in fashion, retail, CRM, sales, customer service, jewellery, lifestyle or D2C is a plus.

Role includes:

• Customer calls and follow-ups
• WhatsApp and email communication
• Website and Shopify enquiries
• Abandoned checkout recovery
• Product recommendations and option sharing
• Repeat customer follow-ups
• Order, shipment, return and exchange coordination
• CRM/sheet updates
• Daily tracking of leads, conversions and revenue
  

We are looking for someone who:

• Is comfortable calling customers daily
• Communicates well on WhatsApp and email
• Has a genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Is organised and disciplined with follow-ups
• Can handle premium customers politely
• Is willing to work from our Raipur office

This is an early-career role, so candidates looking for senior-level positions or compensation may not be the right fit.

Compensation: Around the 20K range, depending on experience and performance.
