Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager with a strong background in real estate sales and leasing to manage client relationships, handle property transactions, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record in handling clients through the entire sales/leasing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted consultant by understanding client needs and recommending suitable property solutions.
- Maintain regular communication to nurture long-term client engagement.
Sales & Leasing Operations:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and/or commercial properties.
- Conduct site visits and explain key features and benefits of properties.
- Facilitate price negotiations, offer presentations, and closing formalities.
- Coordinate preparation of agreements, documentation, and legal paperwork.
Lead Management & Follow-up:
- Handle and respond to leads generated via online portals, walk-ins, referrals, or outbound marketing.
- Maintain updated client records in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Convert leads into qualified prospects through effective communication and persuasion.
Market Awareness:
- Stay up to date with local market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
- Share insights with clients regarding property valuations, rental returns, and investment opportunities.
Client Servicing & Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact between clients and internal departments (legal, marketing, operations).
- Ensure smooth coordination during documentation, registration, and post-sales processes.
- Resolve client queries or concerns professionally and promptly.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, feedback, and progress.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client engagement, property visits, and sales conversions to the management team.
