Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced CRM & Campaign Manager who can independently manage and execute SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, and RCS marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with telemarketing and CPaaS platforms like Sinch, Pinnacle Teleservices, or similar providers.

This role requires expertise in campaign execution, content creation, funnel optimization, and performance tracking within the fintech or lending ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp (API-based campaigns)
  • IVR (Outbound & automated journeys)
  • RCS Messaging
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle (strategy → execution → reporting → optimization)

2. Vendor & Platform Handling

·        Coordinate with CPaaS partners like Sinch, Pinnacle, or other telecom aggregators

·        Handle DLT registrations, template approvals, and compliance

·        Monitor delivery rates, routing, and technical integrations

3. Content & Communication Strategy

  • Create high-converting content for:
  • Loan offers
  • Foreclosure campaigns
  • Re-engagement campaigns
  • EMI reminders
  • Drop-off recovery
  • Optimize messaging based on customer behaviour & funnel stage
  • Write IVR scripts and WhatsApp conversational flows.

4. Performance & Analytics

  • Track KPIs such as:
  • Delivery rate
  • Open rate
  • CTR
  • Conversion rate
  • Cost per acquisition
  • Run A/B testing on content and timing
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights.

5. Compliance & Lending Experience

·        Ensure all campaigns comply with fintech and RBI communication guidelines

·        Experience working in lending, NBFC, or instant loan space preferred

Required Skills & Experience

 

  • 2–5 years of experience in CRM / Retention / Performance Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with SMS, WhatsApp API, IVR, and RCS campaigns
  • Prior experience working with telecom vendors (Sinch, Pinnacle, etc.)
  • Strong copywriting skills for fintech marketing
  • Knowledge of DLT process & template approvals
  • Experience in loan / lending / fintech industry preferred
  • Data-driven mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile

·        Has worked in Instant Loan / NBFC / Fintech company

·        Can independently handle campaign calendar
