Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to support CRM initiatives, analyze business requirements, and work with business and technical teams to improve CRM processes and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business and CRM requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Analyze existing CRM processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support CRM implementation, enhancements, and system integrations.
• Create process flows, requirement documents, and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and validating solutions.
• Identify and troubleshoot CRM-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Assist with data validation, data quality, and CRM process improvements.
• Provide user support and documentation for CRM-related processes and functionality.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, or in a related role.
• Good understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and requirements gathering.
• Experience with requirements documentation, process mapping, and user stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or other business analysis tools.
• Basic understanding of CRM integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Experience supporting UAT and system implementations.
• Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
