CRM & Automation Operations Manager

Location: Remote

Employment: Full-time via Employer of Record

Reports to: COO

Bridgegold operates multilingual inbound funnels across several digital channels. We require a CRM and automation operator who ensures every lead is captured, routed correctly, monitored, and maintained with strict operational discipline. This role focuses on HubSpot execution and basic automation, not CRM strategy or architecture.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on CRM operations role. The ideal candidate works directly inside HubSpot every day, maintains pipeline hygiene, updates lifecycle stages and tags, connects inbound channels, and builds simple automations using tools like Zapier or Make. The goal is to ensure flawless lead flow across all sources such as website forms, WhatsApp, chat systems, and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain all CRM workflows in HubSpot including pipelines, stages, fields, tags, notes, and assignments

Ensure accurate lead capture from all inbound channels (forms, website, WhatsApp, chat tools, landing pages)

Build and maintain basic automation workflows using Zapier or Make

Connect and monitor chat and form systems such as ManyChat or WhatsApp Business API

Maintain strict CRM hygiene including dedupe, data corrections, missing fields, and owner accuracy

Prepare routine CRM operations reports covering volume, movement, and hygiene status

Monitor user compliance with CRM rules and flag deviations from SOPs

Document CRM processes, routing rules, and integration procedures

Collaborate with SEO and Digital Media teams to ensure correct attribution and tagging

Requirements

35 years of hands-on CRM operations experience (HubSpot preferred)

Experience building simple automations using Zapier or Make

Experience integrating chat tools (WhatsApp API, ManyChat, or similar) with CRM systems

Strong discipline in pipeline and data hygiene

Ability to follow and enforce structured processes

Excellent English communication and documentation skills

Must be located in India

Nice to Have

CRM experience in multi-stage or high-value service environments

Familiarity with multilingual inbound funnels

Experience with HubSpot forms, lists, filters, and task automation

Important

This is not a CRM architect, strategist, digital marketing, or sales role. It is an execution-focused CRM operations position.

Compensation

90,000 per month plus performance bonus

Full-time remote role via Employer of Record
