About The Role
We are looking for a CRM Operations Manager to manage and optimize our webinar and lead- management operations. The role will involve managing CRM journeys, communication triggers,
webinar operations, lead tracking, and coordination across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Automation
Build and manage CRM journeys, triggers, statuses, and communication flows.
Set up and monitor WhatsApp, IVR, email, and other customer communication journeys.
Ensure leads move correctly through the funnel based on their actions.
Track user intent, payments, webinar registrations, attendance, and conversions.
Identify gaps in the CRM journey and continuously improve automation.
Webinar Operations
Manage day-to-day operational requirements for multiple webinars.
Coordinate webinar schedules, reminders, hosts, and operators.
Ensure all webinar communication is triggered on time.
Data Reporting
Maintain daily and monthly CRM, webinar, lead, payment, and conversion reports.
Track campaign performance and funnel movement.
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Build and maintain dashboards and tracking sheets.

Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, growth operations, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of CRM funnels and customer journeys.
Good working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and operational trackers.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Experience with CRM, WhatsApp automation, IVR, webinar platforms, or marketing automation
tools like Mo-engage or WATI is plus
