Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Growth Marketing Manager (Acquisition & Revenue) to join our team on-site in South Delhi. In this role, you will strategize and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Core responsibilities include optimizing growth channels, analyzing marketing performance, managing marketing automation systems, and identifying data-driven strategies to improve results. You will collaborate across teams, oversee project management for multi-channel initiatives, and deliver compelling customer experiences that align with our company mission.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Growth Marketing, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation
• Skills in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
• Experience with Marketing Automation tools to streamline and enhance marketing efforts
• Strong Project Management skills to oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and strategy development
• Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and meet ambitious goals
• Prior experience in the renewable energy or sustainability sector is considered a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage
