CTC: Up to 7 LPA

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Working Days: 6 Days

Role Overview:

We are looking for a CRM & Automation Analyst to manage CRM operations, lead management, automation, reporting, data analysis, and webinar support. The role involves working closely with Sales, Marketing, Management, internal teams, B2B partners, and technology vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Zoho CRM operations, including lead import, allocation, reassignment, source mapping, status updates, and data hygiene.
• Build and maintain CRM reports, dashboards, workflows, alerts, assignment rules, and automations.
• Analyse lead and sales data from webinars, campaigns, seminars, B2B partners, and digital channels.
• Manage large Excel/CSV datasets for data cleaning, reconciliation, duplicate checks, analysis, and CRM uploads.
• Manage WhatsApp automation, CRM communication workflows, and integrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, B2B partners, and technology vendors to implement CRM processes.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency through automation.
• Support Zoom webinar operations, including scheduling, technical checks, live session management, and attendee data updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in CRM Operations, CRM Administration, Sales Operations, Data Operations, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM; knowledge of Zoho SalesIQ and other Zoho applications is a plus.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, lead management, and integrations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data cleaning, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp automation, APIs, webhooks, or third-party integrations is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Zoom Webinar or similar platforms.
