Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced CRM Architect / HubSpot Lead to manage and optimize HubSpot for Sales and Marketing operations. This role will focus on designing scalable CRM architecture, implementing workflow automation, establishing data governance, and building reporting frameworks that support the full sales lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to translate business processes into effective CRM configurations and ensure HubSpot serves as the central system for revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Management & Governance
- Configure and manage HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.
- Define CRM architecture, user roles, permissions, and governance standards.
- Ensure consistent CRM usage and maintain system scalability.
- Workflow Automation & Process Optimization
- Design and implement automated workflows for lead routing, lifecycle management, and deal progression.
- Translate business requirements into efficient CRM automation and processes.
- Data Governance
- Establish data standards, validation rules, and deduplication processes.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure CRM supports reliable reporting.
- Reporting & Dashboards
- Develop reports and dashboards to track pipeline performance, sales activities, and marketing outcomes.
- Provide leadership with clear insights on pipeline health and revenue tracking.
- Documentation & Best Practices
- Create SOPs and CRM best practices for data management, lead lifecycle tracking, and sales processes.
- Ensure long-term maintainability and scalability of CRM workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 610 years of experience in CRM implementation, SalesOps, or RevOps roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.
- Expertise in CRM workflows, deal pipelines, automation, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing HubSpot Professional or Enterprise environments.
- Exposure to SalesOps, MarketingOps, or RevOps frameworks.
- HubSpot certifications (CRM Implementation, Sales Software, Marketing Software, RevOps) are a plus.
